EXAMPLE OF DUTIES The Caseworker 2 in the Department of Human Services (DHS), Office of Children, Youth and Family Services (OCYF), Permanency, performs case planning, screening and placement services for children/families seeking permanency. The incumbent serves as a liaison/resource for agencies, families, and children to help them through the permanency process and will work under the general supervision of the Casework Supervisor, Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment.Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday, with a 1-hour lunch.Telework: This position may be eligible to telework part time, up to two days per week after 6 months of employment. Specific details of the telework schedule will be discussed during the interview process. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Pittsburgh. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
