Position Summary The HVAC Residential Installer supports residential HVAC installation projects, including ductwork, furnaces, and air conditioning systems. This role is ideal for individuals with some experience—or those eager to learn—with training available. You’ll work alongside experienced installers and develop hands-on HVAC skills in both retrofit and new construction environments. A Day in the Life You’ll work on residential job sites assisting with HVAC system installations. Based on experience, you may help install ductwork, furnaces, and AC systems, support new construction installs, prepare materials, and assist lead installers. This role requires motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to stay productive with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Assist with residential HVAC installations Install ductwork, furnaces, and AC systems (based on experience) Support HVAC work in new construction projects Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for job sites Follow installation plans and safety procedures Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Work closely with lead installers and technicians Attend mandatory meetings at company HQ as scheduled Qualifications & Skills Minimum 1 year of HVAC or related construction experience preferred Entry-level candidates considered (training available) Highly motivated and self-driven Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Pay Structure $18.00/hour – No experience Up to $21.00/hour – With experience Benefits Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Paid holidays Paid birthday Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 3% Match Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
