Since 1947, we are deeply committed to helping you “Build Your Future,” through professional growth, challenging leadership roles, and exciting opportunities around the world.DetailsPay: $24.99 + $2.00 shift premium (for 3rd shift)Shift: 3rd shift (10:00PM - 6:00 AM)Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintains a high focus on safety and quality within the departmentIdentify work schedule prioritization via resource planning software (SAP, MII)Reads and interprets blueprints, machine drawings, symbols to determine specific welding requirementsMeasure components and verify they are within specified tolerancesSet up weld equipment for specific task to be performedAbility to weld components using proper equipment settings and techniquesOperate material handling equipment as needed, based on safety guidelinesPerform daily housekeeping tasks (5S) and preventative maintenance tasksAll other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBetween 6-12 months welding experience, preferredBasic Math & Computer skills, requiredAbility to pass welding test on material in use, requiredAbility to safely operate equipment (welder, torch, plasma cutter, grinder, material handling equipment), requiredAbility to operate basic hand/power tools and read measuring devicesAbility distinguish the various thickness and types of materialStrong attention to detail and high focus on safety and qualityAbility to communicate effectivelyRobotic welding/programming experience is a plusPhysical DemandsMust lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basisStanding for a minimum of 8 hours per dayContinuous lifting, kneeling, pulling, bending, etc.We are an equal opportunity employer.
