Role descriptionWe are seeking an experienced Java Architect with 12-15 years of expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate will lead architecture initiatives, define technology roadmaps, drive best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.The candidate should possess deep technical expertise in backend technologies, cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and API-led integrations while mentoring development teams and ensuring architectural governance.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement enterprise application architecture using Java and Spring Boot.Design scalable, resilient, and secure Microservices-based solutions.Lead API strategy, design, development, and governance using RESTful services.Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Architect cloud-native applications and containerized deployments.Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.Drive performance optimization, security compliance, scalability, and reliability initiatives.Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and design walkthroughs.Mentor and guide development teams on architecture and technical implementation.Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations aligned with organizational goals.Support DevOps adoption and CI/CD implementation.Ensure adherence to enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards.
