If you're passionate about cutting-edge design and want to work for a trusted leader in high-tech solutions, this role is for you.What you'll doDesign, simulate, layout, and validate advanced GaN and GaAs MMIC products for high-power amplifiers and RF/microwave subsystemsDefine MMIC specifications based on system-level requirements and trade-off analysesUse industry-standard tools (ADS, AWR, HFSS, Sonnet, AXIEM) for linear, nonlinear, and EM analysisSupport lab validation including S-parameters, output power, efficiency, noise figure, and linearity measurementsMentor junior designers and provide technical leadershipCollaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development cycleAssist in proposals, system architecture studies, and R&D planningDocument design activities and ensure compliance with company and industry standardsWhat you needBSEE with 18+ years or MSEE with 15+ years in RF/MMIC design (required)Proven track record of MMIC product releases for high-frequency/high-power applications (X-, K-, Ka-band preferred)Expertise in nonlinear simulation, load-pull analysis, and stability techniquesStrong knowledge of GaAs pHEMT and GaN-on-SiC HEMT technologiesFamiliarity with advanced RF packaging and hybrid module designExcellent communication and documentation skillsMust be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance (required)What we offerCompetitive pay and comprehensive health benefits401(k) with company match and retirement plansPaid time off and flexible work arrangementsProfessional development and training opportunitiesEmployee wellness programs and assistance resourcesA collaborative environment working on mission-critical technologyWhat happens nextApply online through Teledyne's careers page.
