SAP MES Program/Project Manager

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, along with proven experience managing SAP upgrade and integration initiatives involving third-party systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP programs and transformation initiatives across Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.Act as the Solution Architect for SAP Manufacturing landscape, ensuring scalable and integrated enterprise solutions.Manage SAP integration projects involving MES, PLM, WMS, CRM, ERP, and third-party applications.Drive SAP upgrade and modernization initiatives, including system enhancements and platform migrations.Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership teams to define roadmap and delivery strategy.Oversee project planning, budgeting, governance, risk management, and resource allocation.Ensure seamless integration between SAP and external/third-party systems using APIs, middleware, EDI, and integration platforms.Lead workshops, solution discussions, architecture reviews, and executive-level presentations.Mentor cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to SAP best practices and enterprise standards.Manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously in a global delivery environment.Required Skills10+ years of experience in SAP Project/Program Management and Solution Architecture.Strong expertise in SAP Manufacturing modules and processes.Hands-on experience with SAP integrations and third-party system connectivity.Experience in SAP upgrade, migration, and transformation programs.Proven ability to manage large enterprise programs with distributed teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills (10/10 communication skills required).Strong understanding of integration technologies, middleware, APIs, and enterprise architecture principles.Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery models
