You will partner closely with hiring managers and take full ownership of the recruiting lifecycle—from intake to offer acceptance.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, has strong stakeholder management skills, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the full-cycle recruiting process (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stage)Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategiesProactively source and engage top technical talent using LinkedIn and alternative sourcing channelsScreen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fitCoordinate and facilitate interview processes with stakeholders and leadershipDrive hiring decisions through structured feedback and effective communicationManage and negotiate offers in partnership with HR and leadership teamsContinuously improve recruiting processes and enhance the candidate experienceDaily ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring teams to support hiring goals across engineering and technical departmentsBuild and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill technical rolesTrack candidate progress and maintain accurate data in the ATSProvide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on hiring progressEnsure a seamless and professional experience for all candidatesQualifications5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in competitive or high-growth industriesStrong ability to assess technical skillsets and competenciesProven experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn and other platformsSolid understanding of the technology landscape, roles, and skill requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting for AI, autonomous systems, or software engineering rolesBackground in agency recruiting or hybrid (agency + in-house) environmentsExperience using an ATS (e.g., Lever or similar) for pipeline management and reportingStrong data-driven approach to recruiting metrics and strategyWork EnvironmentOnsite role based in Foster City, CACollaborative, fast-paced, and innovation-driven environment
