Job Location

The purpose of this role is to drive Pexco sales team productivity across the buying journey. You will own the sales enablement strategy, selection and implementation of a learning management system (LMS), and ongoing training programs. You will work with the Pexco product management and sales teams to develop the content used in onboarding and continuing education.
Key Responsibilities
Create the sales enablement strategy, plan, and implementation timelines.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement a learning management system.
Develop onboarding content for new sellers with a focus on Pexco product training, internal processes, and resources.
Develop content for who we sell to (ICPs and Personas), how we should sell, how we should engage customers to progress opportunities, and align our selling process to the customer journey.
Create content that can address different learning styles including video, PowerPoint, process documentation, and assessments.
Create and update promotional materials and sales presentations with input from sales and product management.
Give input to the most effective Salesforce processes, and train sellers and customer support on the discipline to leverage this tool for accurate reporting and forecasting.
Leverage the content created for training into customer facing materials that can be used in marketing campaigns including videos, social media, and blogs.
Measure the impact of enablement programs and optimize programs to be most effective.
Qualifications
Preferred experience in sales, or extensive experience working with sellers.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Attention to detail and highly effective planning, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and exercise judgment in a fast paced and changing environment
