This role will focus on driving adoption, stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies for large-scale technology and business process changes across sourcing, merchandising, production, inventory planning, and supplier ecosystems.Required Qualifications:5–7 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Project Management, or Digital Transformation initiatives.Strong experience with change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci.Experience supporting merchandising, sourcing, planning, PLM, DPC, or Product-to-Market systems/projects is highly preferred.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and training coordination skills.Experience using data, dashboards, and reporting to measure adoption and project success.Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Prosci or CCMP certification is a plus.
