(USA) Realty Project Coach
Position Summary As a Realty Project Coach, you will join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will take ownership in delivering store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
Responsibilities Deliver store remodels, new store openings, and special projects on time and within budget.
Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and keep projects on track.
Travel to project locations across the US, often 80% of the time or up to 17–21 days at a time.
Play a leadership role, inspiring and motivating team members, resolving conflicts, and fostering teamwork with store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
Shift & Travel Primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours.
Frequent travel up to 1000 miles; travel areas can change based on workload.
Travel compensation includes mileage reimbursement and paid overnight stays.
Compensation Annual salary range: $60,000–$110,000. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, OR 3 years of such experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management and space or store design.
Lead people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.
Attend and complete required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Business.
1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
Project Management Professional Certification.
