We are looking for hospitality professionals to help us reinforce the standards that historically make us one of the best in the business. We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendants. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Change bed linen and make beds Replace used guest room towels Sweep and mop floors Vacuum carpets Dust furniture Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo) Remove dirty linen and garbage from guest rooms Restock linen closets on guest floors Clean public areas, i.e. guest floor corridors, lobby, public restrooms Report any technical issues and maintenance needs Address guests' queries (e.g. on additional services) Help guests retrieve lost items Ensure all assigned areas are clean and tidy by the end of the shift Follow hotel security guidelines Requirements Work experience as a Housekeeping Attendant Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products Good physical health and stamina Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards Excellent organizational skills Ability to follow instructions Excellent customer service experience as this is a direct guest contact position Shift Includes Weekends Holidays AM shifts: 9:00am - 5:30 pm PM shifts: 3:00pm - 11:00pm Experience Professional Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision 401K Retirement Plan Long Term Disability Voluntary Life Insurance Company Paid Life Insurance Aflac Short Term Disability, Accident Advantage and Cancer Care Insurance Vacation and PTO days Pay: $17.00/hour Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
