Identity and Access Management Specialist

Identity and Access Management Specialist is a remote, full-time position focused on managing user identities and access within various systems while collaborating with internal teams to enhance IAM workflows. Key Responsibilities Manage user groups, rules, and workflows within Okta and Google Workspace Configure applications with single sign-on (SSO) and respond to employee help requests Collaborate with various teams to optimize IAM workflows and implement automation opportunities Required Qualifications Experience managing corporate identities and administering cloud identity providers such as Okta and Google Workspace Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID) Experience managing a ticket queue within an IT Service Desk environment Ability to implement and support new technologies organization-wide Experience working remotely while collaborating with multiple teams
