MSP Systems Engineer

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused System Engineer to join our team and support a diverse client base across modern cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation, and AI technologies. *Join Our Team* If you're passionate about technology, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, automation, AI, and helping clients succeed, we'd love to hear from you. *Candidate must be local to the Cleveland area.* *What You'll Do* * Provide remote and onsite technical support for client environments. * Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, networks, printers, and business applications. * Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, and Azure environments. * Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and account administration. * Monitor and respond to system, backup, and security alerts. * Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and technology deployments. * Create and maintain technical documentation. * Develop and support automations using Power Automate, PowerShell, APIs, and related technologies. * Utilize approved AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, and ChatGPT to improve efficiency, documentation, research, and service delivery. * Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency. * Participate in a rotating on-call schedule. *Qualifications* *Required* * 1-3 years of IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment. * Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365. * Knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and networking fundamentals. * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. * Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. *Preferred* * Experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA systems. * Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. * PowerShell scripting or automation experience. * Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation. * Understanding of cybersecurity best practices. * Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent. *We're looking for someone who:* * Takes ownership and follows through. * Enjoys solving technical problems. * Embraces innovation and continuous improvement. * ·s curious about emerging technologies, AI, and automation. * Has a process-improvement mindset and strong attention to detail. * Values teamwork, accountability, and exceptional client service. *Compensation & Benefits* * Competitive salary based on experience * Hybrid work environment * Performance-based incentives * Rotating on-call compensation * Health and benefits package * Paid time off and holidays * 401k retirement plan * Professional development and certification opportunities * Career growth within a growing organization Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wickliffe, OH 44092
