You take pride in getting the details right and are proactive about flagging issues and seeking support when needed.ResponsibilitiesManage the trafficking, testing, implementation, and maintenance of digital advertising campaigns using Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360)Create, manage and maintain detailed Traffic Sheets including campaign structure, placements, URLs, naming conventions and tracking tagsSupport quality assurance (QA) standards and help maintain trafficking best practicesSupport campaign setup and execution workflows, ensuring campaigns launch accurately, on time and in full deliveryServe as a technical point-of-contact for Planning, Analytics, Programmatic, Search, Social, and Creative teamsTroubleshoot ad creative issues that impact tracking, implementation, or reportingProvide implementation documentation and proof-of--launch materials to internal and external stakeholdersMonitor campaign delivery and flag pacing, discrepancy, or implementation issues as neededAdjust rotations to ensure creative weighting and flighting are at peak levelsEnsure campaigns deliver on pace and in fullCollaborate with key agency partners to ensure successful execution of digital media campaignsSupport onboarding and provide guidance to junior team members as neededQualifications And ExperienceBachelor’s degree2+ years of experience in digital ad operations, ad trafficking or related media technology role; agency experience preferredHands-on experience with ad serving platforms, such as Google Campaign Manager (CM360/DCM)Familiarity with web analytics and tagging tools such as Floodlight Tags, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Google Tag ManagerUnderstanding of digital media operations, campaign management workflows and ad serving best practicesAbility to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsSolid organizational skills and strong attention to detailStrong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerpointBasic understanding of HTML and digital tracking conceptsPharmaceutical/healthcare media experience is a plusExperience with programmatic, paid search and paid social campaigns is a plusThis is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$40,000—$75,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
