Beverage Cart Attendant

At Palm Aire Country Club, our Beverage Cart Attendant brings service directly to the member, moving throughout the golf courses and athletic areas to deliver food, beverages and a consistently high standard of hospitality. From golf to tennis, padel and pickleball, this role plays a key part in delivering consistent, high quality service across the club. We are raising the bar for consistency and service across the club, which is why we are dedicating time and effort to this position.This is not a seasonal position and it is not a casual part time role. We are looking for someone who is available on a consistent, year round schedule, typically five days per week and who brings structure, professionalism and dependability to a role that works independently while representing the club at all times.This position offers steady hours with a schedule that follows the pace of play and the rhythm of the season. Some days move quickly, others allow for a reset, but consistency in availability is essential. You will spend your day moving throughout the property, interacting with members, managing your own setup and delivering service that is timely, friendly and consistent.If you enjoy working independently, staying active and taking ownership of your work, this role fits well. If you enjoy being outdoors and delivering consistent service with a personal touch, we would love to meet you.RequirementsWhat You'll DoProvide friendly and professional food and beverage service to members throughout the golf courses and athletic facilities including tennis, padel and pickleballSafely operate the beverage cart while maintaining pace of play and respecting both course and facility conditionsMove throughout the property to ensure members have consistent access to food and beverage service wherever they areKeep the cart clean, organized and fully stocked at all timesMaintain a fully stocked, well presented beverage cart that consistently meets club standardsMonitor inventory throughout the day and restock proactively to ensure key items are always availablePrepare and serve beverages including alcoholic beverages in accordance with all regulationsHandle transactions accurately including cash, credit card and member chargesAnticipate member needs and respond with efficiency and professionalismMaintain a welcoming and polished presence as a representative of the clubCommunicate with the Pro Shop and team regarding activity, member needs and any issuesSupport tournaments, events and daily operations across both golf and athletic areasWhat We're Looking ForReliable, consistent and takes ownership of the roleComfortable working independently without constant supervisionFriendly, professional and confident interacting with membersStrong attention to detail and presentationGood judgment and ability to adapt throughout the dayRequirementsValid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat and humidity Ability to lift and carry supplies such as coolers and beverage stock Availability for weekends, holidays and peak play times Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferredBenefits100% employer paid health, dental and vision insurance for eligible employees Above market PTO and sick time 401(k) with 4% employer match A collaborative and team oriented cultureSalary Description14.50 per hour
