The PositionThe Interim HR Business Partner will be responsible for day-to-day operations pertaining to employee relations/human resources throughout the facility. This leader will oversee approximately 4,000 FTEs and will focus on ongoing initiatives including talent acquisition, compensation administration, performance management, change management, and supports onboarding & offboarding.Facilitate HR record-keeping, key inventory and audits, workers compensation claims, compliance data, and will communicate HR policies throughout the organization in an efficient manner. Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree is required. Compensation DetailsCompensation Range: $190,000 to $200,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
