Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Southfield, MI, with flexibility for some remote work. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, conducting property market research, creating compelling property listings, and implementing sales strategies to achieve transaction goals. Additionally, the agent will provide outstanding customer service, build client relationships, and uphold REMAX City Centre's standards of professionalism and expertise. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License requiredExpertise in Real Estate and Real Property, with strong knowledge of market trends and regulationsProficient in Sales with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skillsExceptional Customer Service skills to engage and build lasting client relationshipsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamProficiency in time management and organizationBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plusExperience with CRM tools and familiarity with real estate platforms is advantageous
