Emergency Medicine Physician

Greetings,Maxim Healthcare seeking physicians who are interested in a full time position in New Mexico, The physician will be responsible for treating patients of all ages in a Rehabilitation center setting. Below I have attached all necessary job details pertaining to this assignment - we look forward to speaking with you!Location: Roswell, NM State owned (43 Bed Facility) split between Physical Trauma/Spinal Rehab & Chemical Dependency Rehab Facility 2 distinct units, but MD would have responsibility in both.Trauma Side 14-28 Days average stay27 beds7-8 patients per day face to facePT / OT / Nursing CareChemical Dependency Rehab side 16 beds8 of which are Detox bedsHigh Acuity Alcohol to Opiates3-7 days of detoxOther 8 beds are for 28 day inpatient rehab program3-5 patients per day for the MD is 10-12 patients split between the two unitsCriteria:Board Certified/Board Eligibility Active/Unrestricted NM License CSR & DEA Certification
