As quality engineers, we enable the mass creation of impossible products as a partner in the development of Apple's renowned designs.**Minimum Qualifications**+ 5+ years experience in either Manufacturing or the development of consumer electronics. Experience in battery is a plus+ BS/MS or equivalent in Chemical/ Mechanical/ECE Engineering**Preferred Qualifications**+ PhD or equivalent in Chemical/ Mechanical/ECE Engineering+ Experience in metrology and standard manufacturing quality control practices+ Experience in electro-mechanical products in high volume manufacturing+ Creative problem solving experience+ Technical systems knowledge related to computers+ Project management experience and a deep understanding of problem solving tools including design of experiments, root cause analysis, and statistical tools+ Familiarity with GRR, MSA, GD&T practices, Metrology, DFMEA and tolerance analysis is a plus+ Knowledge of reliability methods and quality sampling methodologies+ Knowledge or prior experience working on thermal products for consumer electronics industry preferred+ Strong communication skills and passion to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment+ Prior experience in design/manufacturing of Battery modules is a plusApple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
