Role: The HR Generalist supports core Human Resources operations with a primary focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, employee experience, and employee relations. This role serves as a backup for payroll processing, supports compliance and audit readiness, and helps execute HR programs that drive engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. This position plays a key role in delivering a consistent, compliant, and employee-centered HR experience across the organization.Work Location: This is an onsite position. Occasional remote work may be available for select positions and is subject to prior approval by management.What you will be doing: Talent Acquisition & OnboardingEmployee Relations & Employee ExperienceOffboarding & Lifecycle ManagementPayroll & Benefits Wellness & HR InitiativesCompliance & HR OperationsWhat you'll bring along: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 13 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or high-volume recruiting role Experience in a regulated environment (financial services, banking, or similar) preferred Strong understanding of HR fundamentals including recruiting, employee relations, and compliance Working knowledge of payroll processes and HRIS systems (ADP preferred) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills Must be bondableWe are Committed to Equal Opportunity.
