Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday with availability on weekends on an as needed basis.Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks with high likelihood of extendingCompensationThis position offers a daily rate of $720 to $740 which equates to $3,600 to $3,700 per week (based on a 40 hour workweek).Per Diems: Lodging: $188 per day and Meals & Incidentals: $92 per dayPer diems are paid daily, 7 days a week, totaling $1,960 per weekAuto Stipend: $25 per dayAuto stipend is paid daily, 7 days a week, totaling $175 per weekTotal Weekly Compensation (Hourly + Per Diems + Auto Stipend): Between $5,735 to $5,835 per weekBenefits: Paid sick leave, Paid holidays, Co-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, Cafeteria plan access and 401(k) retirement plan.SummaryThe Interim Pharmacy Clinical Services Director will oversee inpatient pharmacy operations, including daily workflow, quality initiatives, regulatory preparedness, and compliance. This role manages a team of approximately 10 staff and collaborates closely with nurse managers and other clinical leaders, providing regular updates and reporting. The position may also require serving as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), with responsibility for operational oversight and regulatory compliance.Essential FunctionsOversee daily inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and regulatory complianceLead and manage a team of approximately 10 staff, including coaching, development, and performance oversightServe as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) as needed, maintaining accountability for operations and complianceDevelop and implement policies and programs for pharmacy operations, including budget, dispensing, and clinical functionsEnsure regulatory readiness and compliance with all state and federal requirementsFoster a collaborative, positive team environment while driving cross-training and process improvementQualificationsBachelor's degree required.Current and active WA pharmacy license required.
