Overview NOW HIRING: Product Owner Lead Location: Hybrid (2-3 Days in Month Onsite) | DMV Candidates Only Industry: Healthcare / Digital Health Tech Focus: AI/ML, Google Analytics, Aha!, Cloud Migration, Web/Mobile Platforms Experience: 8+ Years | Lead-Level Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Product Owner to drive strategy and execution across our digital health product portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, user experience, and backend technology — and who can confidently translate vision into actionable product roadmaps. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, manage a team of Product Owners, and play a key role in aligning AI/ML-powered digital tools to business outcomes. This is a hybrid position requiring DMV-local candidates only , with 2-3 days/week in-office presence . Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership to product teams and drive development of innovative digital healthcare products. Own the Product Roadmap and Backlog while collaborating with internal/external stakeholders. Guide product discovery to post-implementation analytics, ensuring user-centric design and delivery. Leverage tools such as Aha! and Google Analytics for planning and product optimization. Oversee mobile apps, web portals, and backend integrations (APIs, cloud, databases). Manage stakeholder expectations and navigate high-complexity environments. Drive workshops, sprint planning, testing coordination, and stakeholder demos. Support cloud migration strategies and data-informed decision-making. Must-Have Skills Product Strategy & Execution expertise (not just a BA or project manager background). Proven use of Google Analytics to guide product direction and assess KPIs. Hands-on experience with Aha! for roadmap and backlog management. Healthcare domain knowledge (including regulatory awareness). Background with digital tools, cloud platforms, backend web services, and mobile applications. Experience working on AI/ML-driven initiatives is highly preferred. Strong leadership presence; able to guide without micro-management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Product Management, IT, Engineering, or related field (In lieu of a degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience required) 8+ years in business analysis, solution development, system design, or product leadership OR 6+ years in a dedicated Product Owner role within agile environments Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification required Preferred Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or related) Prior experience in a healthcare product environment Experience working on cloud migration, web/mobile platforms, and AI/ML-based solutions Soft Skills Highly analytical, strategic thinker, and problem-solver Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management Able to lead independently and handle fast-paced, high-stakes product environments Interested DMV-area candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP — we are actively interviewing!
