Sales Account Manager

This position is focused on prospecting, solution selling, and closing profitable accounts.This is a true performance-based role - the more you sell, the more you earn. If you love being in the field, building relationships in person, and closing business, we would like to meet you.Position Overview:Prospect, qualify, and develop new business in targeted market segmentsActively seek and develop new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and industry eventsManage full sales cycle from cold outreach to long-term account developmentMeet or exceed assigned sales revenue, margin, and new business targetsMaintain, develop and strengthen existing client relationshipsConduct on-site consultations and solution presentationsMaintain active pipeline and accurate sales reportingQualifications:2+ years of sales or account management experience (packaging industry preferred)Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or packaging environments highly desirableAbility to work independently and manage territoryExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong negotiation and closing skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel locallyCompensation & Benefits:Base salary + commission (Uncapped earning potential)Salary is commensurate with experience and qualificationsPerformance incentivesCar allowanceBenefits package including medical, dental, vision401(k) company matchEPE USA is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
