POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sushi Cook to prepare high-quality sushi in a fast-paced luxury dining environment. This role is responsible for preparing traditional Japanese sushi rice, chopping, slicing, filleting fish, and customizing orders according to guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
