Process Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Process Engineer role located in New Albany, OH. The Process Engineer will design, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality. Responsibilities include process troubleshooting, conducting root cause analyses, developing and maintaining process control systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additional duties include analyzing data to drive continuous improvement, managing process documentation, and supporting equipment qualification and validation activities. Qualifications Expertise in Process Design and Process Engineering to develop and optimize manufacturing workflowsKnowledge of Process Control systems to ensure operational efficiency and consistencyStrong Analytical Skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement effortsEducational background in Chemical Engineering or a related fieldAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsProficiency in industry standards and regulations, such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)Prior experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical setting is a plusStrong communication and problem-solving skills
