This role will ensure sales, marketing and merchandising objectives are met online in the Magento Enterprise eCommerce system, in support of the overall business sales goals on a daily basis. The Coordinator will also oversee Web Development initiatives (site enhancements and roadmap features) as dictated by the approved roadmap.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesOwn product listings and website merchandising across ecommerce systems for all retail brands.Execute tactical merchandising and marketing strategic plans for our retail branded websites.Support project management of front- end Web Development and Integrations projects in our Magento Enterprise ecommerce environment.Research and coordinate integration of Magento features and functions as approved via the website product features roadmap.Troubleshoot technical issues to provide a great customer experience.Contribute ideas and feedback in web sales meetings.Review and assign products to appropriate product categories and filters in partnership with the Product Merchandising Manager to effectively optimize product listings.Coordinate go-live timing of new products based on campaign, inventory and production schedules.Incorporate brand/creative direction on website in ways that optimize digital marketing performance.Leverage data resourcefully across all dimensions to inform, refine and adjust decisions.Routinely run a performance analysis to understand and communicate performing and non-performing products; categories; trends/stories.Develop and maintain a “Point-of-View” to provide future procurement guidance for Category(ies).Manage category landing pages in response to sales trends and inventory levels.Manage site categorization and navigation for designated product areas.Identify and communicate digital specific photography and asset needs when necessary.Develop category headers landing pages to support marketing promotions.Help grow our online sales.Other duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesN/AMinimum Required QualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field is required.0-2 years in online visual merchandising or website management selling a product or service is required.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional DesignationsN/ASkills, Knowledge And AbilitiesAbility to prioritize and adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects.Highly organized and proactive in finding (sometimes creative) solutions to issues.Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and diplomatically to a wide range of personnel and levels.Must exhibit a passion for the company’s growth stage in ecommerce and desire to expand and grow awareness for the Apria Healthcare brand and products online.Computer SkillsProficient to expert experience with Microsoft® Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Language SkillsEnglish (reading, writing, verbal)Mathematical SkillsCollege level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data.Other SkillsMust be willing to work occasional weekends, and holidays from remote office to support launch and critical project timelines.Education And/or ExperiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (only include Preferred Qualifications if needed)Prior healthcare or medical device marketing experience is a plus, but not required.Experience with Magento Enterprise, Google, and DOMO Analytics is a plus.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThis is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder.
