Supplier Management Specialist

A company is looking for a Program Development and Documentation Specialist. Key ResponsibilitiesFinalize and standardize the Secondary Supplier Management Program framework and supporting operational templates Develop standard operating procedures for the supplier lifecycle and maintain RACI matrices for program activities Source, recruit, and qualify secondary suppliers, and manage the onboarding and contract execution processesRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in staffing operations, supplier management, or managed services programs Direct experience managing secondary suppliers or subvendor relationships Hands-on experience with at least one major VMS platform Strong understanding of staffing compliance requirements and experience developing supplier performance scorecards Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
