Our client, a leader in the power sports industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Support Specialist for a 7+ month contract assignment in Medina, MN. This role is hybrid, typically onsite one day per week, and will require some travel.Job SummaryThe Sales Operations Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support across Sales Operations, order-to-cash workflows, reporting, and system data maintenance. This role focuses on executing standardized, repeatable processes to ensure data accuracy, smooth order flow, and reliable operational reporting. For strong performers, the role may grow in scope over time.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Order-to-Cash SupportExecute routine order entry, order maintenance, and customer PO updates following documented processesSupport billing-related uploads, reconciliations, and order status updatesMaintain transactional order updatesProvide data-entry support for standardized order workflowsAssist with customer setup and basic account maintenanceReporting & Data PreparationRun recurring operational reports and maintain daily/weekly trackersPrepare clean, accurate datasets to support Sales Ops, Scheduling, and SIOP processesPerform first-pass data validation and escalate issues as neededSystem & Data Maintenance (CRM / DEX / Related Tools)Execute routine CRM and DEX updates, uploads, and data maintenance tasksEnsure system data accuracy and consistencyTemplate-Based Communication & CoordinationSend standardized follow-ups to internal teams or customers for missing informationSupport coordination across Sales Ops, shipping, and operations using predefined templatesDocumentation & Continuous Improvement SupportAssist with documenting recurring workflows and updating SOPsSupport small, incremental improvements to reports, templates, and operational processesRequired Skills & Knowledge1–3 years of experience in sales operations, order management, operations support, or a related administrative roleStrong attention to detail and comfort working with data and systemsProficiency in Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, basic pivot tables)Ability to follow documented processes consistentlyStrong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring tasksClear written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalentExperience in sales operations, order management, customer service, or operations supportFamiliarity with CRM or ERP systemsExperience supporting transactional or administrative workflows in a fast-paced environmentPay Rate- $27.58- $29.58/hour
