Assistant Operations I Compensation $17.50 per hour paid biweekly (W2) Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service (on eligibility dates) Assistant Operations I Highlights Contract assignment with potential to be hired permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Schedule (3rd shift): Sunday–Wednesday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM On-site in Monroeville, PA (15146) In-person interviews are required Physically demanding role (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs ) OVERVIEW: This person will support pharmacy operations overnight by coordinating and packaging patient medication orders for shipment, managing inventory/stock (including cycle counts), and assisting with packing, shipping, and delivery tracking in the warehouse/pharmacy area. Assistant Operations I Responsibilities Coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment in partnership with pharmacy operations staff Maintain warehouse/pharmacy stock in a clean and organized manner Conduct physical inventory and daily cycle counts; restock pharmacy picking areas Retrieve shipping documents/labels, organize for picking, and assist with packing/shipping medications Track shipped packages and report undelivered packages; organize daily shipping reports for review Receive non-pharmaceutical deliveries via back dock Assist with purchase orders, receiving inventory, and tracking/reconciling inventory balances (under pharmacist supervision) Help manage pharmaceutical product levels and returned goods according to SOP guidelines Assistant Operations I Requirements High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience Ability to read, write, and understand English Ability to reach, twist, turn, bend, stoop, and walk as needed for the role Basic computer skills (ability to learn systems; MS Word/Excel helpful) Able to lift up to 50 pounds Assistant Operations I Preferred Qualifications Pharmacy environment experience (a plus) Knowledge of packing and shipping with national carriers Typing 20 WPM and comfort using a 10-key (preferred) Ability to operate a pallet jack (desired) Pharmacy Technician license (PA): Starting June 1, 2026, a pharmacy technician license is required in Pennsylvania (trainee license acceptable) If you think this Assistant Operations I position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting!
