Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing food service, coordinating with kitchen and service staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and overseeing budgetary considerations. The manager will also lead staff training and development to enhance team performance. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Norwood, NC. Qualifications Proven experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage managementStrong Customer Service skills and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiencesExperience in staff Training and leadership to build high-performing teamsBudgeting experience with the ability to effectively manage costs while maintaining qualityExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work on-site and a commitment to sustainable and community-focused operationsPrevious experience in hospitality, event management, or related industries is a plus
