Family Practice Opportunity: - MD/DO Family Practice physician needed to join an existing multi-specialty clinic of 300+ providers with over 35 sub-specialties offered. - Strong community need for an additional family practice physician. - Clinic Mon-Fri and one afternoon a week off. - Only phone call shared equally with group. - Hospitalists follow your patients when admitted. Competitive Compensation Package: - Sign on bonus - Relocation allowance & loan repayment offered - Annual CME allowance - Health/Dental, long and short-term disability, retirement (3 plans) and 35 days PTO. - First year is a guaranteed salary with quality incentives 15% of base salary paid quarterly - Production incentives to begin the 2 nd year.
