9+ years of full stack development experience Strong expertise in React, Angular, or Vue.js Backend development experience with Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python Hands-on experience with REST APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies Experience with Genesys Cloud or Genesys EngageNice To Have Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices architecture Exposure to GraphQL
