Fabrication TechEL PASO, TX Immediately Temporary/ContractDescriptionApply for tomorrow's opportunity today, with Volt!Volt is immediately hiring Fabrication Techs on the west side of El Paso, TX.As a Fabrication Technician, you will:Forms, cuts and pierces metals to form fabricated assembly unitsWill use a wide variety of hand tools, air tools and measuring equipmentWill operate fabrication machinery using digital electronic controlsOperates spray painting equipment and moderately complex welding equipmentThis is a full-time opportunity.Schedule:1st shift: 6am to 2:30pm - + mandatory OT2nd shift 3:30pm to 12pm + mandatory OTThe ideal candidate will have:High School Diploma or GED2-3 years previous Fabrication experienceExperience reading prints and schematicsAbility to work independentlyExpertise with basic hand tools, air tools, gages and torque wrenches requiredGood hand eye coordination and excellent natural or corrected visionUnderstanding of electrical principles and UL Requirements is highly desiredExcellent problem solving skillsAbility to work Overtime is requiredPay Rate: $15.00 to $16.25 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
