The team prioritizes safety, reliability, and quality in every repair. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Body Technician located in Russellville, AR. The Automotive Body Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and restoring vehicles to their original condition following collisions. Daily tasks will include conducting body and structural repairs, performing routine vehicle maintenance, repairing paint and finishes, and ensuring all repairs meet safety and quality standards. The position requires precision, problem-solving skills, and adherence to safety practices to deliver high-quality results to customers. Qualifications Experience in Auto Body and Collision repair, including structural and non-structural restorationKnowledge of Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair techniquesSkills in Paint application and refinishing processesAttention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety protocolsAbility to read and understand repair documents, estimates, and blueprintsPrevious experience in the automotive repair industry is highly preferredValid driver’s license is required
