We support preschools, childcare centers, Head Start programs, and Pre-K classrooms by providing vetted substitute teachers when schools need coverage. This is not a full-time position and not a guaranteed schedule. This role is ideal for educators who want flexibility, variety, and control over their schedule. Once approved, you’ll be able to pick up substitute shifts that fit your availability — no minimum hours and no long-term commitment. What Makes This Different You choose when you work No lesson planning No parent conferences No evenings or weekends Work in licensed centers only Pick the age groups you prefer Weekly pay Responsibilities Provide classroom coverage in licensed early childhood programs Support children ages birth–6 years Follow center routines, schedules, and classroom expectations Maintain a safe, positive learning environment Communicate professionally with center staff Follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines Requirements Experience working with children in an early childhood setting Resume required Ability to pass required background checks Reliable transportation Professional, dependable, and flexible Ability to follow center policies and procedures (CDA or ECE coursework is a plus, but not required unless stated for specific placements.)
