Project Superintendent
Job Title Supervise and manage up to 5-15 employees Develop and maintain courteous and effective working relationships with clients, vendors and/or any other representatives of external organizations. Responsible for construction, management of subcontractors, installation, schedule, logistics, safety, quality and construct-ability of all aspects of projects Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and reports the construction project activities daily Responsible to manage employees and subcontractors to ensure the project scope is built in full conformance with the plans, specification, schedule and budget. Ability to thoroughly understand and follow plans and specifications in the construction of the project Ability to layout project Thorough knowledge of construction techniques, means, and methods Foresight to schedule tasks High energy level and enthusiasm Strong level of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Strong organization and problem solving skills Computer skills in Microsoft Office based programs Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines (self-directed) Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of Utility Installation and/or Heavy Highway Construction experience OSHA safety training 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Monday to Friday Heavy Highway and Utility Installation Management: 5 years (Required) Massachusetts Hoisting License (Preferred) OSHA 10 (Preferred) On the road
