Assembler - Second Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Assembler - 2nd Shift to join our team in Cuba, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products accurately and efficiently according to provided specifications and work instructions.Key Duties IncludeReading and interpreting work orders, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure proper assemblyUsing hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectivelyInspecting completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and safety standardsMaintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiencyCollaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsSkills needed for success include attention to detail, manual dexterity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
