Here's what your day-to-day will look like:Partner with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and deliver top talent that exceeds expectations.Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for open positions—you're the matchmaker between great companies and great people.Manage relationships between candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor for both.Coordinate interviews, prep clients and candidates, and ensure everyone is well-prepared.Collaborate on offers, including salary recommendations, start dates, and other benefits, while coming up with creative solutions to ensure both client and candidate needs are met.Who You AreWe're looking for someone who brings drive, passion, and a sense of humor to the table.
