Here are the headlines: The Firm 🏢 Lower than Average Billable hour target: Work in an environment with a lower than industry average Billable Hour requirement of 1500 - with a fully remote working schedule provided too! The Role 💼 Complex Commercial Matters: Actively pursue two very large multi-million dollar commercial insurance cases involving business property, casualty, and business income loss Handle a variety of Litigation matters: Alongside handling Complex Commercial Matters, there will also be exposure to Wage and Hour Class Action Litigation, Business and Contract disputes, Defending against OSHA and other Government investigations Client Representation: Advocate for clients in construction labor and workplace dispute matters, ensuring strict adherence to accident insurance policies and regulatory obligations.
