A Fun Job helping To Get The Incredible Power Of Great Tea Into People's Hands We are seeking outgoing, dedicated, friendly, and confident individuals for a full time position on the Loose Leaf team. As long as you are great with people and have excellent communication skills, we will train you on everything you need to know to be successful and grow. We hire for character, and train the skills. Your responsibilities include: Packaging Loose Leaf products (filling and labeling tea containers) Assisting with online order fulfillment Fold boxes, seal packages Cleaning work areas throughout the day (sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing) Plan to be on your feet and busy the entire shift You’ll learn a lot, and there is room to grow! We’ll teach you everything you need to know to be successful, and have a great time coming to work every day. Your schedule will be consistent. Your shifts will be 6 to 8 hours long, but may change at manager's discretion. You must be available to work weekends. Paid training rate starts at $15. Pay raises are performance-based.
