Material Handler

This position is responsible for moving parts and materials throughout the warehouse and delivering to inventory locations or departments, either manually or utilizing equipment such as forklifts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist receiving and steelcut/weld departments with movement/staging of material as needed. Look over daily orders and supply production area with required materials from inventory. Load materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, racking systems, and manufacturing areas. Identify and label materials with sales order and dimensions/part number and record their locations in the warehouse and on shelves to accurately maintain inventory locations and counts. Assist with organizing and re-organizing inventory to ensure that space is maximized to its fullest potential and the most critical items are stored properly and in correct locations.
