Senior Media Planner
Responsibilities:Able to write and present media recommendations and media plansHas a strong command of latest industry research and agency resourcesAssists in planning overall budgets and manage junior team members in plan or budget development through the planning cycleActs as the "Go To" person on assigned accounts and directs workflow to junior team membersWrites in a logical flow and can present and defend recommendationsAble to diagnose media performance and develop insights for optimizations and improvementsMaintains familiarity with client procedures as well as knowledge in the industryActs as a checkpoint for all media documents and buysIs well organized, detail oriented, and demands accuracyPrioritizes and manages flow of work to ensure timely delivery of projectsInspire creativity and proactivity of media staffFoster strong internal / agency communications and relationshipsEstablish and maintain client and vendor relationshipsValued Behaviors:LeadershipManagement experience beyond oneself.
