Leadership Learning Designer
Working remotely, the full-time Leadership Learning Experience Designer will design and develop engaging learning experiences for leaders, utilizing instructional design, visual storytelling, and user-centered design principles to create high-quality digital and in-person learning materials.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive eLearning and microlearning using authoring tools and AI-assisted platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and manage project timelines and deliverables
Maintain design standards and ensure compliance with accessibility and usability best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or related field
3-5 years of experience designing learning experiences in a corporate setting
Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Captivate
Experience publishing content in an LMS/LXP and supporting launch/testing
Portfolio showcasing learning experience design and visual output
