We pride ourselves on taking care of our customers & employees and driving a strong team dynamic.Currently, we're seeking a Fire Sprinkler Designer to join a team that leverages AutoSprink and HydraCAD.What You Will Be DoingDesign fire protection sprinkler systemsReview work order and procedural manuals to determine critical dimensions of designMake hydraulic calculations on all projectsSubmit drawings for approval and permit acquisitionsConduct field surveysProvide a material list for fabricationCommunicate with team members inside and outside the organizationAttend project meetings when necessaryMaintain job status reports for the project management cycleWhat You Need for this PositionHigh School Diploma or GED3+ years of Fire Sprinkler Design experienceActive NICET 1 or 2 certificationStrong CAD Designing experience with HydraCAD, AutoSPRINK, or SprinkCADExperience with BIM modeling and field surveyingExperience designing Wet, Dry, Pre-action, Deluge, and other systemsExperience designing Fire Pump systemsExperience designing commercial, industrial, educational, retail, municipal, and healthcare systemsKnowledge of NFPA 13, 13D, 13R, 14, 20, and associated Codes/StandardsStrong mathematical skillsBenefitsHeath, Dental, Vision plansLong Term and Short Term DisabilityHSA and FSA PlansLife InsuranceVacation days401K with matchDiscretionary Bonus StructureWork on high-profile projects
