Exceptional customer service is a must as the Community Attendant will work closely with our residents and their guests.Things You Will DoEnsure the pool and clubhouse areas are kept neat and tidy at all timesMonitor the area to ensure the safety of our residents and their guestsVerify that only authorized residents and residents’ guests use the pool area by checking their identification (e.g. amenity passes and property identification)Enforce the amenities and pool rules as stated in the Resident HandbookSupervise activities in the clubhouse and pool areasReport any violations of clubhouse or pool rules to the Community ManagerCheck pool chemical levels throughout the day to maintain acceptable levelsIssue reasonable commands or instructions to individuals when necessarySet an example by acting in a professional and proper mannerEnsure guardians are supervising the children in the clubhouse and pool areasThink safety first and ensure that unsafe conditions are corrected promptlyArrange the clubhouse and pool furniture as neededCheck the restroom areas for cleanliness and report to the Maintenance SupervisorCommunicate effectively with residents, future residents, visitors, vendors, and team members while presenting a positive, professional imagePerform additional duties as assigned by the Community ManagerThings You Will NeedMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh School diploma or equivalentPositive, friendly, and ambitious attitudeExcellent problem-solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skillsAbility to communicate professionally and effectively with co-workers, residents, vendors, and corporate staff home officePassion for delivering top-notch service to help ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction possibleDependable and punctual with flexibility to work part time, nights, and weekends1 year of customer service-related experience preferredThis is not a lifeguard positionWilling to work a flexible schedule, including weekendMust be able to walk the property, which includes climbing stairsAble to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull, reach, carry supplies, and stand for extended periods of timeWhat We Will Provide YouSouth Oxford Management LLC provides a range of insurance options and benefits for our team members.
