Service Technician

We are currently accepting resumes for a Service Technician. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, experienced Service Technician to join our growing company. The position will be located in the Brookfield, CT area. The individual will install and service all DDS’ products. They must have the ability to train individuals, troubleshoot problems to form a resolution, order and replace parts as needed, all while ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Experience: High School Diploma 5 years’ experience in a service related position, preferably within the print and mail industry Knowledge of computers and Windows operating systems required Knowledge of Vision and inkjet solutions preferred Ability to assemble parts in accordance to drawings Ability to work in a team environment Must have a valid, clean driver’s license Must have a valid and current Passport Ability to travel about 50% of the time out of state by flying and/or driving Must have good oral and written communication skills Must be able to pass drug test Salary – Commensurate on experience.
