About the JobRecruiting & Talent Acquisition Manager [6832]Engineering and consulting firm seeks a permanent Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Manager to provide strong human resources support to the department.Responsibilities:Oversee recruiting cycle by creating job descriptions and sourcing and interviewing candidates.Monitor recruitment metrics and develop methods to optimize recruiting and hiring processes.Maintain internal applicant tracking system and suggest product improvement.Partner with recruiting agencies.Collaborate with marketing department to create social media strategies for recruitment.Ensure practices related to recruiting are in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Qualifications:Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Exemplary judgment and problem-solving skills.Strong customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently.Professional and positive attitude.Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines effectively.Understanding of a wide range of HR practices and strategies.Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred.PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus.Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a recruiting role.Salary: $80,000 per year.Not the right role for you?
