Monetization Arquitecht – Job Description Tipnes Media Role Summary The Performance & Monetization Lead is responsible for ensuring that content and traffic translate into measurable business outcomes. This role owns data, audience quality, funnel performance, and the development of monetization opportunities across different audience segments. Primary Objective Ensure that all content efforts: Attract the right audience (U.S. business owners as priority) Generate qualified traffic Convert attention into leads and customers Maximize monetization across multiple audience segments Core Responsibilities 1. Performance Analysis Track and analyze content performance Identify: High-performing hooks High-performing topics Audience behavior patterns Distinguish between: Vanity metrics (views, likes) Business metrics (clicks, conversions) 2. Audience Segmentation & Quality Control Analyze audience by: Geography Income level (when possible) Business maturity Level of interest Prioritize U.S.-based business owners while identifying valuable secondary audiences Detect when content is attracting low-value or misaligned audiences 3. Monetization Strategy & Offer Development Design and optimize the path from: Content → Profile → Funnel → Offer Develop monetization opportunities for different audience tiers, including: High-level operators (premium offers, in-person events) Mid-level business owners (challenges, group programs) Early-stage or global audiences (lower-ticket or scalable digital products) Ensure alignment between: Content messaging Audience intent Offer positioning 4. Multi-Tier Monetization Expansion Identify and develop monetization strategies for: Different income levels Different levels of engagement/interest International audiences interested in scaling frameworks Create pathways to capture value from non-U.S. audiences without diluting the core positioning Recommend new product or offer opportunities based on audience behavior 5. Data-Driven Content Input Provide weekly insights to: Director Creative Director Clearly communicate: What content is attracting the right audience What is generating intent and clicks What should be scaled or reduced 6. Funnel Performance Management Track: Click-through rates Conversion rates Drop-off points Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements 7. Paid Distribution Support (Boosts / Ads) Guide targeting strategy: U.S.-focused audience Business-related interests Use paid traffic to: Test hooks Validate messaging Accelerate learning Retargeting 8. Experimentation & Testing Run structured tests on: Hooks Formats Targeting CTAs Document results and turn them into repeatable strategies KPIs Growth in U.S.-based qualified audience Increase in profile clicks Funnel conversion rates Revenue generated or influenced Monetization across multiple audience tiers What This Role Is Not Not responsible for content production Not responsible for creative execution Not responsible for posting or scheduling Reporting Structure Reports to: Director and CEO Works closely with: Creative Director Distribution & Insights Coordinator Required Skill Set Strong analytical thinking Experience with funnels and monetization models Ability to segment audiences and identify opportunities Understanding of digital product and offer ecosystems Familiarity with paid traffic testing Mindset Requirements Results oriented (profit oriented) Monetization over visibility Data over opinions Testing over guessing Success Definition Content attracts high-quality audiences Traffic converts into leads and customers Multiple monetization paths are active and effective Revenue is generated from both core and secondary audiences Final Alignment The role is not only to analyze performance.The role is to turn attention into revenue by designing and optimizing monetization across all relevant audience segments.
