Job Title: Workday Finance Systems Analyst (Security)Location: REMOTE (onsite in Tampa, FL at times)Duration: CTHPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Workday Finance Systems Analyst to support and enhance our Workday Financials environment. This role will focus on system configuration, security, and ongoing support in a post-implementation (post-go-live) environment. The ideal candidate will partner closely with finance and business teams to translate requirements into effective system solutions while ensuring stability and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain the Workday Financials system in a post-go-live environmentConfigure and manage financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Procurement, Financial Data Model (FDM), and Financial Close processesPartner with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, data loads, and failed processesAssist in system enhancements, testing, and deployment of new features or updatesProvide ongoing support, documentation, and process improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment with business goalsMentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative team environmentRequired QualificationsHands-on experience with Workday Financials in a post-go-live environmentStrong experience supporting finance systems, including configuration and functional supportKnowledge of key financial modules such as GL, Assets, Procurement, FDM, and CloseAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical/system solutionsExperience troubleshooting integrations, data uploads, and system errorsStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning toolsWorkday Financials certification (or willingness to obtain post-hire)Prior experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, or SAPExperience in the healthcare industry
