Program Management SETA
Overview
In this role you support end‑to‑end research program life cycles, acting as a primary liaison for Program Managers. You drive spend planning, funding documentation, and financial briefings while monitoring performance and resolving variances. You also provide comprehensive admin and lifecycle support, including records management and meeting logistics. The position is client‑facing on site in Bethesda, MD, offering opportunities to influence program outcomes and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage spend plans and funding documentationPrepare financial briefings and track performance against planIdentify and resolve budget variances and issuesProvide administrative and lifecycle support (document review, data/records management, meeting coordination, logistics)Serve as primary point of contact for Program Managers and coordinate with researchers, T&E contributors, and transition teamsSupport one or more programs across the lifecycle from development to transition
Key requirementsActive and maintained TS/SCI clearance with polygraphBachelor’s degree1+ years’ experience in program finance, program control, or program managementExperience providing administrative and/or financial supportExperience with government source selection (required for Mid/Senior)Knowledge of federal contracting environmentUnderstanding of federal business systems and processesLeadership/management of support teams (Senior only)Ability to track multiple tasks and coordinate across teamsStrong communicationCross‑functional collaborationAttention to detailExperience with government source selectionKnowledge of federal contracting environmentFamiliarity with federal business systems and processes
